Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in our Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Video Review:
    • We reserve the right to review each video submitted to ensure authenticity and compliance with our guidelines.
    • In the event that bot views or any fraudulent activity are detected, we retain the right to cancel your submission and disqualify you from the program.
  2. Payment Limit:
    • The maximum payment per video is set at 1 million yen. Any additional incentives or rewards will be at our discretion. Each video must individually achieve a minimum reach of 10,000 to be eligible for compensation. Additionally, there is a payment threshold of 10,000 yen. Once this threshold is reached, they will be eligible for payment.
  3. Payment Date:
    • The payment date is subject to our choice and may vary. We commit to processing payments in a timely manner, but the specific date remains at our discretion.
  4. Program Participation:
    • Participation in the Ambassador Program is voluntary, and by submitting videos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  5. Guidelines Compliance:
    • Videos must adhere to our guidelines, and any content that violates these guidelines may result in disqualification from the program.
  6. Program Modifications:
    • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to participants as deemed appropriate.
  7. Confidentiality:
    • Participants are expected to keep any confidential information shared during the program confidential and not disclose it to third parties.
  8. Termination:
    • We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Ambassador Program at our discretion, without providing a reason.
  9. Dispute Resolution:
    • Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Ambassador Program will be resolved through negotiations and, if necessary, escalated to legal means.
  10. Modification of Terms:
    • These terms and conditions are subject to change, and any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Participants are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms.

By continuing to participate in the Ambassador Program, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your participation and any associated benefits.
